Order processing takes between one and three business days. After shipping, due to the high volume of orders, estimated delivery times are 11-20 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number and link. You can also track your package directly using the Shop App or via our on-site tracking tool.

To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, orders with multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages from different fulfillment sections. Don't worry—you will receive individual tracking updates for each package, and there are never any additional shipping fees.

We currently accept all major payments securely via PayPal. You can complete your purchase quickly and securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any major credit/debit card processed through PayPal's secure checkout (no PayPal account required in most regions).

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us at stay.high3838@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order enters processing or shipment, it cannot be modified.

To offer the best prices and efficient shipping, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will promptly send a free replacement or process a full refund.
